3 Cleanings Annually (Spring, Summer, and Fall)
Payments are due upon completion of service. Card payments on file will be processed after the service is completed. A late fee of $15 will be added to your account if it is more than ten days past due.
Monthly and seasonal service plans auto-renew annually. Plans are paused in December and renewed in spring. Renewal notices will be emailed in March, indicating the first scheduled cleaning in April. Adjust cleaning schedule and frequency upon request.
May cancel anytime after four cleanings with 30-day written notice. Subscribers of monthly and seasonal plans are eligible for unlimited free bin cleanings with our Referral Program.

Scheduling and Billing
Booking
Book a cleaning by filling out our online request form. Once we have reviewed and scheduled your cleaning, we will send you a confirmation of your service with a link to log into your client Hub. You may view upcoming cleanings in your client hub and upload your card payment information to your wallet.
Service
You will receive a text notification the day before the scheduled service. Bring your garbage out as usual on your trash and recycling collection day. After bins have been emptied bins, Badger Bins’ specialized cleaning truck will arrive curbside to perform service.
Billing
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. Payment information can be stored in the Client Hub wallet. Payments are processed after the completion of service. Customers without a card on file will be sent a link to make payment by text or email. If paying by cash or check, please indicate the delivery method: location, address, or in person at the time of service. A late fee of $15 will be added to your account if it is more than ten days past due.
Weather and Temperature
Cleanings will be rescheduled or canceled when temperatures reach below 32 degrees F or for extreme weather conditions.
