Requiring monthly and seasonal service plans automatically renew. Plans are paused in December and annually renewed in spring. Each spring, customers will receive an email with their first cleaning details.
May cancel anytime after 4 cleanings with 30 day written notice

Card payments are processed after service is completed.
Payments are due upon completion of cleaning service. A text and email will be sent after cleanings with a link to make payment. A late fee of $15 will be added to your account if it is more than ten days past due.

Booking
Book a cleaning by filling out our online request form and we will send a confirmation that your service has been scheduled with a link to log into your client Hub where you may view upcoming cleanings, account information and upload your card payment information into your wallet.
Service
You will receive a text notification the day before scheduled service. Bring your garbage out as usual on your trash and recycling collection day. Once your bins have been emptied, Badger Bins’ specialized cleaning truck will arrive curbside to perform service.
Billing
Payment is due upon completion of cleaning service. Cards on file in the client hub wallet will be charged upon completion of service. A text and email will be sent after cleanings with a link to make payment. A late fee of $15 will be added to your account if it is more than ten days past due.
Weather and Temperature
Cleanings will be rescheduled or canceled when temperatures reach below 32 degrees F or for extreme weather conditions.
